Gash Creek flows from west to east through the property and there is approximately 1,480′ +/- of both sides of the creek. Wildlife is abundant; a resident Elk herd occupies the area and frequents the property year round. Moose, deer, and multiple species of large birds, including Eagles and Osprey call the property home.
