State-of-the-art and  24/7 computer monitored AdvanTex Septic system was installed in 2007 and is approved by Lake County and the DNRC to handle 4 bedrooms. The rec room above the garage has also been approved by the DNRC and Lake County for a full bathroom. The concrete seawall was formed and poured by TM Schuster Concrete, Kalispell in 2013.
